Hello. I’m Chris Dahl. My wife Taryn and I have lived in Prior Lake since 1999. Our kids have grown up here and we love our community. In 2018 I sold my company to an equity firm and started the process of winding out of the day to day work force into a new role assisting my wife Taryn utilize her Interior Design degree for the betterment of our Prior Lake community. She has been working locally with friends and family sharing her passion and in 2020 we decided to work together in the rental home local market. Our original goal was somewhat simplistic. Taryn loves to move walls and update features of homes moving them to today’s standards. In this home market there are plenty of examples of homes that need updating and new layouts. Unfortunately many of these homes are owned by investors who’s goal is to maximize profitability by letting the properties get dated and give that lack of modern updating experience to their renters.
And that’s where we come in. Our believe is that every family deserves a comfortable place to relax and if in the mood to be proud to entertain. Together Taryn and I set out to bring properties to the Prior Lake rental market that are comfortable, updated and provide peace of mind living to our rental clients. If an issue arises we take care of it as if we were living there. Appliances are upgraded to a high quality of life standard. We invest in what you will see in our own home, not in what the lowest cost appliance available.
